Dave MacLean has created this interactive map that shows pictures of the Earth taken from the International Space Station during several years. A total of 650 photos taken by astronauts on the space station.
Each pin on the map shows a picture posted on Twitter. And clicking these pins will lead you to the astronaut’s Twitter account and the tweet that was made in the context of the image.
The pins also show various letters, these represent the different astronauts who have published the pictures. Those with the most are Alex Gerst, Reid Wiseman, Maksim Surayev and Oleg Artemyev.
